Data & mail ownership. Mail and packages sent to your address remain your property. By using our service, you grant us permission to receive, scan, store, forward, or securely shred your mail as instructed. A certificate of destruction is available on request for mail we have shredded on your behalf.

Billing. Fees are charged by Moonreels Ltd. as described at checkout or in your account communications, typically month-to-month unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

Refund policy. All payments are non-refundable. However, if you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for future billing periods. Refunds are only provided where required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Disclaimer. Services are provided “as is,” except where the law requires otherwise. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the one (1) month before the claim, unless a higher minimum is required by applicable law.

Intellectual property. Termination. You may cancel according to the cancellation terms shown on the site. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, fraud, legal risk, or violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government orders, power outages, or disruptions to postal or courier services.

Governing law & dispute resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
