Your responsibilities. You provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You may use our address only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for compliance with government, postal, carrier, tax, and licensing rules that apply to your business.

Data & mail ownership. Mail and packages sent to your address remain your property. By using our service, you grant us permission to receive, scan, store, forward, or securely shred your mail as instructed. A certificate of destruction is available on request for mail we have shredded on your behalf.

Billing. Fees are charged by Moonreels Ltd. as described at checkout or in your account communications, typically month-to-month unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

Refund policy. All payments are non-refundable. However, if you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for future billing periods. Refunds are only provided where required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Disclaimer. Services are provided “as is,” except where the law requires otherwise. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the one (1) month before the claim, unless a higher minimum is required by applicable law.

Intellectual property. All content, designs, templates, tools, and materials provided through the My Toronto Address service (including letterhead, business card templates, and document formats) are the exclusive property of Moonreels Ltd.. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your own legitimate business purposes while your account is active.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moonreels Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your business activities, any violation of these Terms, or any content or mail you send or receive through our service.

Termination. You may cancel according to the cancellation terms shown on the site. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, fraud, legal risk, or violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government orders, power outages, or disruptions to postal or courier services.

Governing law & dispute resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

Privacy Policy

Who we are. Moonreels Ltd. operates the My Toronto Address service at MyTorontoAddress.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information.

Age requirement. The service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; do not submit personal information if you are under 18.

Cookies & tracking. We do not use third-party advertising pixels, behavioral analytics trackers, or cross-site tracking cookies on this website. Essential technologies that may be strictly necessary for basic site operation or security can still apply.

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we use what you send (such as name, email, phone, company, and message) only to respond to your inquiry and manage ordinary follow-up with you. We do not sell that information, use it for unrelated marketing lists, or share it with advertisers. We also do not publish or broadly distribute contact-form submissions. Access may be limited to people at Moonreels Ltd. who need it to help you, or to infrastructure providers strictly processing the form on our behalf (for example secure email or form hosting)—not for their own marketing.

Other information we collect. If you become a paying customer or create an account, we may collect billing-related data and information needed to provide mail, scanning, forwarding, or similar services as described on the site. Normal web requests may produce limited technical data (such as IP address or browser type) in server or security logs—used for security, troubleshooting, and operating the site, not for ad profiling.

How we use information. We use personal information to respond to inquiries, deliver the service you purchase, communicate about your account, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve how we operate My Toronto Address.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only when needed to operate the business (for example payment processing, secure hosting, or email delivery), when you direct us to, or when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention. We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate business need (such as disputes or accounting).

Security. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Security incidents. Where applicable law requires us to notify you about unauthorized access affecting your personal information, we will do so in line with those requirements.

Your choices. You may contact us to access or update certain information or to ask questions about this policy. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we will respond as applicable law requires.

International users. If you access the service from outside Canada, your information may be processed in Canada or where our service providers operate.

Updates. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will revise the effective date shown on our Legal page when we do. Material changes may be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate.
